Il Tuo Account

Gestione del Tuo Piano

Piano Gratuito

Il Piano Gratuito inizia il giorno in cui crei un account e rimane attivo fino a quando non viene disattivato dal Sito o fino all'upgrade a un piano Premium. Questo piano può includere annunci di terze parti.

Piano Premium
L'abbonamento è pagabile mensilmente o annualmente e include: una Business Card stampabile (solo modello), una Business Card Mobile, uno Smart QRCode, una VCard, una Smart Landing Page con le funzionalità indicate nella pagina Prezzi.

Dettagli del Piano

I piani tariffari indicati nella pagina Prezzi sono soggetti a modifiche senza preavviso. È tua responsabilità controllare regolarmente i prezzi e i termini aggiornati.

Acquisto e Rinnovo

L'acquisto di un abbonamento garantisce l'accesso ai nostri servizi per il periodo selezionato. Le sottoscrizioni vengono pagate in anticipo senza possibilità di rimborso. Il rinnovo non è automatico.

Politica di Rimborso

La nostra politica di rimborso si applica solo in caso di pagamenti doppi accidentali o errori simili. Non offriamo rimborsi per nessun altro motivo. Assicurati di inserire i dati corretti al momento del pagamento per evitare eventuali discrepanze.

Limitazioni di Modifica

I Clienti e gli Utenti possono modificare il Nome Utente una volta creato. Il nome utente è collegato al Codice QR, il che significa che qualsiasi modifica richiederebbe la sostituzione del Codice QR e potrebbe causare disallineamenti con i materiali stampati.
Ogni nome utente corrisponde a un singolo progetto. Creare un nuovo nome utente equivale a stipulare un nuovo contratto.

Permesso di Utilizzo di Immagini o Dati

Utilizzando i nostri servizi, gli utenti ci concedono il permesso di utilizzare qualsiasi immagine o dato fornito per la creazione e la gestione delle loro landing page o biglietti da visita. Questo include, l“uso di immagini, loghi, testi e altri contenuti esclusivamente per soddisfare le richieste e le esigenze degli utenti in relazione ai nostri servizi.

Non Condividere Informazioni Sensibili

Incoraggiamo gli utenti a non condividere informazioni sensibili, tra cui, ma non solo, numeri di identificazione personale, informazioni finanziarie o altri dati riservati. Please note that no refunds will be issued for fees paid in advance. Content Responsibility

We are not responsible for any content shared by our customers on their landing pages or business cards. Customers are solely responsible for the content they upload, and we cannot be held liable for any misuse of our services.

Free Plan

The Free Plan begins on the day the user creates an account and remains active until either the Site discontinues it, or the user upgrades to a Premium plan. This plan may include third-party advertisements displayed on the user's online products.

PREMIUM PLAN
The subscription is payable monthly or annually and encompasses the following components included in the price: one Printable Business Card - template only -, one Mobile Busienss Card, one Smart QRCode, one VCard, one Smart Landing Page with the features/limitations described on the Pricing Page.

Plan Details

The pricing plans outlined on the Pricing Page and detailed within these Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the current pricing plans and terms regularly. Any modifications to the plans will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated pricing and terms.

Purchasing and Renewal

Purchasing a subscription grants access to our services for the selected duration. Subscriptions are prepaid monthly or annually with no refunds in case of regrets. We do not retain any fiscal information and do not force users to renew their subscription unless they express their own will.
Ensure timely payment of subscription fees. Your paid plan will not be automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle.

When signing up, provide accurate billing details and a valid payment method - e.g., credit card -. This authorization enables us to charge the applicable fees. In the event of automatic billing failure, you will receive an online invoice that must be settled within the specified timeframe.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy applies only in cases of accidental duplicate payments or similar errors. We do not offer refunds for any other reason. Please ensure accuracy when making payments to avoid any discrepancies.

Editing Limitations

Customers and Trial Users are allowed to change the Username once created one. The username is linked to the Smart QR Code, which means that any correction would require changing the QR Code and could cause misalignment with all your printed materials.
Every username corresponds to a single project. Creating a new username corresponds to a new contract.

Permission to Use Images or Data

By utilizing our services, users grant us permission to utilize any images or data provided for the purpose of creating and managing their landing pages or business cards. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of images, logos, text, and other content for the sole purpose of fulfilling the user's requests and requirements related to our services.

Do Not Share Sensitive Information

We encourage users not to share sensitive information, including but not limited to personal identification numbers, financial information, or any other confidential data. As our platform operates in a public domain, we cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of any information shared on our platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that they do not share sensitive or confidential information that may compromise their security or privacy. Additionally, please note that we may monitor and check the data shared on our platform to ensure compliance with our terms and conditions and to maintain the integrity of our services.

Data Verification

Users agree to allow us to verify and cross-reference the data provided during the registration process. This may involve manual checks and verification processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information provided.

Data and Code Storage

Users acknowledge and agree that all data and core information related to their landing pages, including but not limited to code, templates, and design elements, remain stored on our servers. This data may be retained for administrative, backup, or legal purposes as necessary.

Restricted Content

We do not accept hosting or publishing of pornographic, drug-related, violent content - including hunting or selling weapons -, and other prohibited content. Additionally, users are prohibited from sharing any content that promotes illegal activities, harassment, discrimination, or any form of hate speech. This includes content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, such as unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material or trademarks.
